Sugar…it’s in everything…we are so used to it being there, we really don’t question it…and it’s just so hard to cut it down…or is it? If you think of sugar as more of a drug then a food…because that’s really what it is, it alters our brain and is not good for our bodies, then it’s easier to make the swap…
Here is a great article on sugar, what you can use as a replacement. I personally use Raw local honey, but am going to give Rapadura a go, as I’ve seen it pop up a few times in recipes!
